In the framework of the MAGHRENOV project, KIC InnoEnergy (EU) and IRESEN (Morocco) are launching the first edition of a joint call for Innovation projects on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, targeting Euro-Moroccan consortia.
MAGHRENOV is a FP7 project addressing Mediterranean innovative markets in the field of Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency (RE&EE) in order to foster innovation and to favour convergence between EU and MPCs initiatives for the development of sustainable energies adapted to regional specificities.
This Joint Call for Innovation Projects is co-financed by two partners of the MAGHRENOV project – IRESEN and KIC InnoEnergy SE.
IRESEN is a Moroccan organization dedicated to applied R&D in Renewable Energies. IRESEN was founded to take R&D in applied science to nationwide scale, develop innovation and encourage networking. IRESEN has also the task of defining research lines as well as conducting, financing and managing projects. IRESEN is gradually growing and expanding its fields of work and infrastructure based on R&D’s demand and needs; in addition to ensuring supporting and backing up university research and encouraging collaboration between universities and companies.
KIC InnoEnergy is the European company dedicated to promoting innovation, entrepreneurship and education in the sustainable energy field by bringing together academics, businesses and research institutes.
KIC InnoEnergy is one of the first Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) fostered by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).

The call aims to provide support to Euro-Moroccan consortia who wish to develop innovative products or services in the field of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, as defined in the MAGHRENOV specific Roadmaps (Energy Efficiency or Renewable Energies priorities under the Mediterranean Area conditions).

According to the admissibility criteria, only proposals that are complete, duly signed and submitted in time will be considered.

Step 1 - The referent person of the consortium must create an account on MAGHRENOV platform: http://maghrenov.eu/register
Step 2 - After the validation of his account, the referent person of the consortium should log in to MAGHRENOV platform: http://maghrenov.eu/login
Step 3 - Once logged in, the referent person should read the guidelines document CIP15GUI, download the package of call for proposals documents, and complete the necessary templates for the application file of the consortium.
Step 4 - The referent person can upload the completed application file and fill the details: http://maghrenov.eu/application-call
Note : please compress your application files into a ZIP file before uploading.
Once the application file is uploaded, the referent person will be registered to the applicant group on the platform, where he can ask questions.
The application information may be updated until the application call closure date.
